Welcome to NBBC's 109th Season

The 2018 Season at NBBC is officially underway and our 109th year gives us yet another opportunity to provide an exciting and fun summer of service to others by hosting ten different groups of children and young adults who are economically challenged or have special needs ... all free of charge! Carrying on the legacy and mission of Norman B. Barr, these groups will experience all of the wonders this beautiful lake has to offer and their lives will be enriched through the enjoyment of God's gifts of nature, community and faith.

During the past few summer's, through the efforts of our great staff and crew of volunteers, NBBC's Camper Program has expanded and made great strides, introducing Kayaks to our Waterfront, educational field trips, visiting artist programs, entertaining magicians and yoga, plus the ever popular "Science Guy" and "Reptile Show". Witness our camper program in action by visiting our Activities page and by viewing last season's slideshows below. We also invite you to learn more about our camp's Facilities and History by exploring this site. Thanks to everyone who contributed their time, expertise, efforts, and money this Spring, helping to make this summer one of the best ever!

In order to continue to provide economically disadvantaged children and those with special needs with totally free summer camp experiences, our camp has become increasingly dependent upon the generosity of individuals outside of our operation for donations of goods, services and funding.
